"Critical condition life support"

A team of SSMU residents won a prize at the All-Russian competition of intensive care units "Housing and Communal Services-Practicum 2025".

As part of the XXVII All-Russian Conference with international participation "Life support in critical conditions", the V.A. Negovsky Research Institute of General Resuscitation of the FNCC RR hosted the V All-Russian competitions of intensive care teams "ZhKS-practicum 2025". 

At the opening of the conference, an award ceremony was held for the winners of the Housing and Communal Services-Practicum 2025 competition. In a solemn ceremony, honorary diplomas were presented by Mikhail Kirov, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Medical University in Arkhangelsk, Konstantin Lebedinsky, First Vice-President of the Federation of Anesthesiologists and Intensive Care Physicians, and Artem Kuzovlev, Deputy Director and Head of the V.A. Negovsky Research Institute of General Intensive Care.

Applications for participation in the competition were submitted by more than 30 teams. 
From SSMU, under the guidance of Ekaterina Matveeva, assistant of the Department of Emergency Anesthesiology and Intensive Care and Simulation Technologies in Medicine, residents of the 1st and 2nd years of training in the specialty "Anesthesiology and Intensive Care" performed. The team consisted of Nikita Arinushkin, Stanislav Brizitsky, Ulyana Vishnyakova and Daria Alekseeva.


As a result, the representatives of the SSMU took the honorable 2nd place.
