1 December 2025
Anna Spivakovskaya, Associate Professor of the Department of Hospital Pediatrics, was among the winners of the track "Ministry of Content" of the All-Russian TopBLOG project.
The competition is organized by the presidential platform "Russia — the land of opportunities", which is an initiative of the national project "Youth and Children". The Ministry of Content program has become the first initiative in the country that has managed to build a systematic blogging community in partnership with government agencies. The track was created by the TopBLOG project and the Senezh Management Workshop in collaboration with five federal ministries. As a result of their joint work, bloggers and government officials have developed initiatives with modern media approaches to key topics and industry issues. The resulting media projects were presented at the final to representatives of the leadership of federal ministries.
The All-Russian TopBLOG project brought together more than 8,500 applications from all over the country, and after a multi-stage selection, training and working in teams of relevant ministries, 30 winners were selected. The scale of the program has confirmed the high public demand for an open and meaningful conversation on important topics for the country.
Anna Spivakovskaya participated in the development of the educational platform "Vaccinashka" for the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The project aims to increase confidence in vaccination among children and adults through interactive formats and an animated character. Anna became not only the only representative of the Saratov region in the final of the competition, but also was able to bring victory.
Andrey Betin, General Director of the presidential platform "Russia – the Land of Opportunities", rector of the Senezh Management Workshop, emphasized the importance of the track, noting that the program has become an important stage in the development of the media sphere.
In addition to teamwork, the participants of the Ministry of Content track completed a full-fledged assessment session as part of the finals, which included a test of media literacy, personal positioning, communicative flexibility, creativity, emotional intelligence, ability to work in public formats and in a team. The experts looked at the ability to adapt content to the audience, confidently pitch, manage emotional tone, create vivid semantic accents, and conduct a dialogue in various communication situations.
The TopBLOG project will continue to work with the best authors, expand areas and create new formats for cooperation between the state and the media community.
